Rhinoseptoplasty Or Rhinoplasty

Hello, today I will talk to you about what is behind a rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty and rhinoseptoplasty are used as synonyms, since the term septum refers only to the fact that something from the septum or nasal septum is always taken to make aesthetic modifications to the nose. Both rhinoplasty and rhinoseptoplasty address aesthetic and functional changes. There are two approaches: closed rhinoplasty and open rhinoplasty. In both, the same dissection is performed, and in the case of open rhinoplasty, there is an incision below. All tissues are dissected and then the areas to be treated are addressed, such as the hump, drooping tip, or other areas. If there are functional alterations, they are treated in the same surgery after a prior consultation assessment. In this assessment, we will see what diseases you have, what approach would be used, and what modifications or techniques would be applied in your specific case. Recovery depends on your type of work: if it involves heavy lifting or hot environments, it may take longer. For remote or desk workers, one week is recommended; for others, it may be more than two weeks.
